By accessing or using Santa Circle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Santa Circle provides a platform for organizing Secret Santa gift exchanges. We facilitate event creation, participant management, wishlist sharing, and gift pairing through our web application.

Event Hosts: You must create an account to host events. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Participants: You can join events without creating an account by using event codes provided by hosts.

You agree to:

• • Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• • Not attempt to interfere with the service's functionality
• • Respect other participants' privacy and personal information

You are responsible for any content you submit (event names, wishlist items, notes). You agree not to post content that is:

• • Illegal or promotes illegal activities
• • Infringing on others' intellectual property rights
• • Spam or advertising unrelated to gift exchanges

We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Santa Circle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• • Issues with gift exchanges or participant disputes
• • Technical errors or service interruptions

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
